Terms of Service

These Terms apply to the website micmasterpieces.it and to the game server Origin Mobile: Gunner Edition (together, "the Service"), operated by devkateX Development, Italy ("we"). By creating an account or playing, you accept these Terms and the Game Rules below. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. About the Service

Origin Mobile: Gunner Edition is a fan-operated game server inspired by Ran Online. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the owners of Ran Online. Ran Online and related names and marks belong to their respective owners.

2. Who can play

You must be at least 14 years old. If you are under 14, you may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

3. Your account

• Give accurate information when you register, especially your e-mail address — it is how we verify that an account is yours.
• Keep your password, PIN and security answer secret. Staff will never ask for them.
• You are responsible for everything done with your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has accessed it.
• Your account is personal. Selling, buying or trading accounts is not allowed.

4. Game Rules

To keep the game fair and fun for everyone, the following are not allowed:

1. Cheating: hacks, modified clients, bots, macros, speed tools, packet editing or any third-party program that gives an unfair advantage.
2. Exploiting bugs: using glitches or errors to gain items, experience or money. Report bugs to the staff instead — they may be rewarded.
3. Attacks on the Service: DDoS, attempts to access servers, databases or other players' accounts, or interfering with the game or website.
4. Scams and fraud: cheating other players in trades, phishing for passwords, or chargebacks on purchases.
5. Harassment: insults, threats, hate speech, discrimination or sexual content towards other players, in chat, names or anywhere in the community.
6. Impersonation: pretending to be a GM, staff member or another player.
7. Offensive names for characters or clubs, or names containing personal data of others.

Depending on how serious and repeated the violation is, staff may give a warning, block chat, remove illegitimately obtained items, reset progress, or suspend or permanently ban the account. The PK, Club War and Tyranny War systems are part of the game — defeating other players within the game rules is not harassment.

5. Virtual items, currency and rewards

Characters, items, in-game currency and points are part of the game and have no value outside it. You receive a personal right to use them in the game; they remain part of the Service. We may rebalance, change or remove game content to keep the game healthy. Any "Play to Earn" rewards or events follow the rules published when they are announced; rewards are not guaranteed and may be changed or ended.

6. Purchases

If you buy paid features (for example EP / Item Mall points), the price and what you receive are shown before you pay. Points are digital content delivered to your account immediately after payment. Before paying, you tick a box to expressly agree to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal under Italian consumer law (Codice del Consumo, art. 59(1)(o)). For this reason, purchases of points are final and non-refundable once delivered. This does not affect your rights if the points are not delivered or are faulty: in that case, contact us and we will deliver them or refund you. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute for points you have already received may lead to the suspension of your account.

7. Availability of the Service

We work to keep the Service online, but it is provided as it is and may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or events outside our control. We may change, pause or end the Service; if we end it, we will announce it in advance where reasonably possible.

8. Ending your account

You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to [email protected] from your account's e-mail address. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the Game Rules.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of virtual items caused by your own actions or by third parties, or interruptions of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Important changes will be announced on the website or our community channels before they take effect. If you keep playing after that, the new Terms apply.

11. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may bring a claim in the courts of your place of residence.

I presenti Termini si applicano al sito micmasterpieces.it e al server di gioco Origin Mobile: Gunner Edition (insieme, "il Servizio"), gestiti da devkateX Development, Italia ("noi"). Creando un account o giocando accetti questi Termini e le Regole del Gioco riportate di seguito. Ti invitiamo a leggere anche la nostra Informativa sulla Privacy.

1. Il Servizio

Origin Mobile: Gunner Edition è un server di gioco gestito da fan e ispirato a Ran Online. Non è affiliato, approvato o collegato ai titolari di Ran Online. Ran Online e i nomi e marchi correlati appartengono ai rispettivi proprietari.

2. Chi può giocare

Devi avere almeno 14 anni. Se hai meno di 14 anni puoi utilizzare il Servizio solo con il consenso di un genitore o di chi esercita la responsabilità genitoriale, che accetta questi Termini per tuo conto.

3. Il tuo account

• Fornisci informazioni corrette al momento della registrazione, in particolare l'indirizzo e-mail: è il modo in cui verifichiamo che un account ti appartiene.
• Mantieni segreti password, PIN e risposta di sicurezza. Lo staff non te li chiederà mai.
• Sei responsabile di tutto ciò che viene fatto con il tuo account. Avvisaci subito se pensi che qualcun altro vi abbia avuto accesso.
• L'account è personale. Non è consentito vendere, comprare o scambiare account.

4. Regole del Gioco

Per mantenere il gioco equo e divertente per tutti, non è consentito:

1. Barare: hack, client modificati, bot, macro, strumenti di velocità, modifica dei pacchetti o qualsiasi programma di terze parti che dia un vantaggio sleale.
2. Sfruttare bug: usare glitch o errori per ottenere oggetti, esperienza o denaro. Segnala invece i bug allo staff: potrebbero essere premiati.
3. Attaccare il Servizio: DDoS, tentativi di accesso a server, database o account di altri giocatori, o interferenze con il gioco o il sito.
4. Truffe e frodi: ingannare altri giocatori negli scambi, phishing di password o storni (chargeback) sugli acquisti.
5. Molestie: insulti, minacce, incitamento all'odio, discriminazione o contenuti sessuali verso altri giocatori, in chat, nei nomi o in qualsiasi spazio della community.
6. Sostituzione di persona: fingersi GM, membro dello staff o un altro giocatore.
7. Nomi offensivi per personaggi o club, o nomi contenenti dati personali di altri.

In base alla gravità e alla ripetizione della violazione, lo staff può dare un avvertimento, bloccare la chat, rimuovere oggetti ottenuti illegittimamente, azzerare i progressi, oppure sospendere o bannare definitivamente l'account. I sistemi PK, Guerra dei Club e Guerra di Tirannia fanno parte del gioco: sconfiggere altri giocatori nel rispetto delle regole non costituisce molestia.

5. Oggetti virtuali, valuta e premi

Personaggi, oggetti, valuta di gioco e punti fanno parte del gioco e non hanno valore al di fuori di esso. Ricevi un diritto personale di utilizzarli nel gioco; restano parte del Servizio. Possiamo ribilanciare, modificare o rimuovere contenuti di gioco per mantenere il gioco equilibrato. Eventuali premi o eventi "Play to Earn" seguono le regole pubblicate al momento dell'annuncio; i premi non sono garantiti e possono essere modificati o terminati.

6. Acquisti

Se acquisti funzionalità a pagamento (ad esempio EP / punti dell'Item Mall), il prezzo e ciò che ricevi sono indicati prima del pagamento. I punti sono contenuti digitali forniti sul tuo account subito dopo il pagamento. Prima di pagare, spunti una casella per acconsentire espressamente alla fornitura immediata e per prendere atto che, di conseguenza, perdi il diritto di recesso ai sensi del Codice del Consumo (art. 59, comma 1, lett. o). Per questo motivo, gli acquisti di punti sono definitivi e non rimborsabili una volta forniti. Ciò non pregiudica i tuoi diritti se i punti non vengono forniti o sono difettosi: in tal caso contattaci e li forniremo o ti rimborseremo. Aprire uno storno (chargeback) o una contestazione di pagamento per punti già ricevuti può comportare la sospensione del tuo account.

7. Disponibilità del Servizio

Ci impegniamo a mantenere il Servizio online, ma esso è fornito così com'è e può essere interrotto per manutenzione, aggiornamenti o eventi al di fuori del nostro controllo. Possiamo modificare, sospendere o terminare il Servizio; in caso di chiusura, lo annunceremo in anticipo ove ragionevolmente possibile.

8. Chiusura dell'account

Puoi chiedere la cancellazione del tuo account in qualsiasi momento scrivendo a [email protected] dall'indirizzo e-mail del tuo account. Possiamo sospendere o chiudere gli account che violano questi Termini o le Regole del Gioco.

9. Responsabilità

Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, non siamo responsabili per danni indiretti, per la perdita di oggetti virtuali causata da tue azioni o da terzi, o per interruzioni del Servizio. Nulla in questi Termini limita la responsabilità che non può essere limitata per legge o i tuoi diritti di consumatore.

10. Modifiche ai Termini

Possiamo aggiornare questi Termini. Le modifiche importanti saranno annunciate sul sito o sui nostri canali della community prima della loro entrata in vigore. Se continui a giocare dopo tale data, si applicano i nuovi Termini.

11. Legge applicabile

I presenti Termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana. Se sei un consumatore, conservi inoltre la tutela delle norme inderogabili del tuo Paese di residenza e puoi agire davanti al giudice del luogo in cui risiedi.
