This policy explains what personal data Origin Mobile: Gunner Edition ("the Service", "we") collects when you use this website, the game app and the game server, why, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Italian Personal Data Protection Code.

We do not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies, and we do not sell your data.
3. Your password
Your password and PIN are stored in the game's account database in the format required by the game software. Please use a password that you do not use for any other service, and never share your password, PIN or security answer with anyone — our staff will never ask for them.
4. Who we share data with
- IONOS — hosts this website (European Union).
- Curt Creation — hosts the game server and the account database (data centre in Manila, Philippines). This is a transfer outside the European Economic Area; see section 5.
- Google Fonts — the website loads its fonts from Google's servers, which receive your IP address when the page loads.
- Let's Encrypt — provides the security certificate for our API; it does not receive player data.
- PayPal and PayMongo (GCash, Maya, cards) — process payments if you top up in the Player Panel. The payment page belongs to them: we never receive your card or wallet details, only a confirmation of the payment, its amount and a transaction reference, which we keep together with your account name for accounting and support.
- Public authorities, only where the law requires it.
5. Transfers outside the EU
The game server and the account database are located in the Philippines, a country without an EU "adequacy decision". Your account and game data are transferred there so that the game can work. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). You can ask us for more information about these safeguards at the contact address above.
6. How long we keep data
- Account and game data: for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account yourself in the game app (Menu → System → Delete account) or on our Delete your account page: it is deleted 7 days after the request (you can cancel until then), and at the latest within 30 days of a request sent by e-mail. Records of payments are kept as long as accounting law requires.
- Sign-up rate-limit records: a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address, kept for about 1 hour.
- Server security logs: kept for a limited period for security purposes and then deleted.
- Browser preferences: stay on your device until you clear them.
7. Minimum age
You must be at least 14 years old to create an account. If you are younger, you may only register with the consent of a parent or guardian. If we learn that an account was created without the required consent, we will delete it.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted ("right to be forgotten");
- restrict or object to certain processing, including processing based on legitimate interest;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
To use these rights, write to [email protected] from the e-mail address linked to your account and tell us your username. We reply within one month.
9. Security
Data sent between your device, this website and the game server is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. Database access is limited to separate accounts that can only perform the specific task they are needed for, and the service is protected against DDoS attacks. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the authorities of a data breach where the law requires it.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; important changes will be announced on the website or our community channels.

3. La tua password
La password e il PIN sono conservati nel database degli account di gioco nel formato richiesto dal software di gioco. Ti invitiamo a usare una password che non utilizzi per altri servizi e a non condividere mai password, PIN o risposta di sicurezza con nessuno: il nostro staff non te li chiederà mai.
4. Con chi condividiamo i dati
- IONOS — ospita questo sito web (Unione Europea).
- Curt Creation — ospita il server di gioco e il database degli account (data center a Manila, Filippine). Si tratta di un trasferimento al di fuori dello Spazio Economico Europeo; vedi sezione 5.
- Google Fonts — il sito carica i caratteri dai server di Google, che ricevono il tuo indirizzo IP al caricamento della pagina.
- Let's Encrypt — fornisce il certificato di sicurezza della nostra API; non riceve dati dei giocatori.
- PayPal e PayMongo (GCash, Maya, carte) — gestiscono i pagamenti se ricarichi nel Pannello Giocatore. La pagina di pagamento è la loro: non riceviamo mai i dati della tua carta o del tuo wallet, ma solo la conferma del pagamento, l'importo e un riferimento della transazione, che conserviamo insieme al nome del tuo account per contabilità e assistenza.
- Autorità pubbliche, solo quando previsto dalla legge.
5. Trasferimenti fuori dall'UE
Il server di gioco e il database degli account si trovano nelle Filippine, Paese privo di una "decisione di adeguatezza" dell'UE. I dati del tuo account e di gioco vi sono trasferiti affinché il gioco possa funzionare. Ove necessario, ci basiamo su garanzie adeguate come le Clausole Contrattuali Standard della Commissione Europea (art. 46 GDPR). Puoi richiedere maggiori informazioni su tali garanzie all'indirizzo di contatto indicato sopra.
6. Per quanto tempo conserviamo i dati
- Dati dell'account e di gioco: per tutta la durata del tuo account. Puoi eliminare tu stesso l'account nell'app di gioco (Menu → System → Delete account) o nella pagina Elimina il tuo account: viene eliminato 7 giorni dopo la richiesta (fino ad allora puoi annullarla) e comunque entro 30 giorni da una richiesta inviata via e-mail. Le registrazioni dei pagamenti sono conservate per il tempo previsto dalle norme contabili.
- Registri del limite di registrazioni: una forma cifrata (hash) del tuo indirizzo IP, conservata per circa 1 ora.
- Log di sicurezza del server: conservati per un periodo limitato a fini di sicurezza e poi cancellati.
- Preferenze del browser: restano sul tuo dispositivo finché non le cancelli.
7. Età minima
Per creare un account devi avere almeno 14 anni. Se hai meno di 14 anni puoi registrarti solo con il consenso di un genitore o di chi esercita la responsabilità genitoriale. Se scopriamo che un account è stato creato senza il consenso richiesto, lo cancelleremo.
8. I tuoi diritti
Ai sensi del GDPR hai il diritto di:
- accedere ai dati personali che ti riguardano e riceverne una copia;
- ottenere la rettifica dei dati inesatti;
- ottenere la cancellazione dei dati ("diritto all'oblio");
- limitare od opporti a determinati trattamenti, compresi quelli basati sul legittimo interesse;
- ricevere i tuoi dati in un formato portabile;
- proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
Per esercitare questi diritti scrivi a [email protected] dall'indirizzo e-mail collegato al tuo account, indicando il tuo nome utente. Rispondiamo entro un mese.
9. Sicurezza
I dati scambiati tra il tuo dispositivo, questo sito e il server di gioco sono cifrati con HTTPS/TLS. L'accesso al database è limitato ad account separati che possono svolgere solo il compito specifico per cui servono, e il servizio è protetto da attacchi DDoS. Nessun sistema è completamente sicuro, ma lavoriamo per proteggere i tuoi dati e, ove previsto dalla legge, notificheremo a te e alle autorità eventuali violazioni dei dati.
10. Modifiche
Possiamo aggiornare questa informativa. La data in alto indica la versione più recente; le modifiche importanti saranno annunciate sul sito o sui nostri canali della community.
