Delete your account

You can delete your Origin Mobile: Gunner Edition game account at any time, from the game app or from this website.

How to delete it

Open the Player Panel (in the app: Menu → System → Delete account opens the same page).
Sign in with your game username and password.
In the Account tab, enter your password, type DELETE and press Delete my account.

Can't sign in? Write to [email protected] from the e-mail address linked to your account and tell us your username; we delete it for you.

Your account is deleted 7 days after the request. Until then you can cancel it in the same Account tab.
Deleted: all characters of the account with their items, points and progress; your username, password, PIN, e-mail address, name and security answer; the IP and device ids stored with the account. Nobody can log in to the account again.
Kept: records of payments (amount, date, transaction reference) for as long as tax and accounting law requires (up to 10 years in Italy), and server security logs for their normal limited period.
Points, items and purchases are not refunded when an account is deleted.
A character that is a club master must disband the club or hand it over in the game first.

Puoi eliminare il tuo account di gioco Origin Mobile: Gunner Edition in qualsiasi momento, dall'app di gioco o da questo sito.

Apri il Pannello Giocatore (nell'app: Menu → System → Delete account apre la stessa pagina).
Accedi con il nome utente e la password di gioco.
Nella scheda Account inserisci la password, scrivi DELETE e premi Delete my account.

Non riesci ad accedere? Scrivi a [email protected] dall'indirizzo e-mail collegato al tuo account indicando il tuo nome utente: lo eliminiamo noi.

L'account viene eliminato 7 giorni dopo la richiesta. Fino ad allora puoi annullarla nella stessa scheda Account.
Eliminati: tutti i personaggi dell'account con oggetti, punti e progressi; nome utente, password, PIN, indirizzo e-mail, nome e risposta di sicurezza; IP e identificativi del dispositivo salvati con l'account. Nessuno potrà più accedere all'account.
Conservati: le registrazioni dei pagamenti (importo, data, riferimento della transazione) per il tempo previsto dalle norme fiscali e contabili (fino a 10 anni in Italia) e i log di sicurezza del server per il loro normale periodo limitato.
Punti, oggetti e acquisti non vengono rimborsati con l'eliminazione dell'account.
Un personaggio che è capo di un club deve prima sciogliere il club o cederlo nel gioco.
